1. General Information1a. By commissioning me - Wyreflames, you - the Client, confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.1b. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.1c.These terms are subject to updates; you will be notified of major changes if they affect ongoing commissions.1d. I do not accept rush orders.-
2. Payment and Cancellation2a. Currency: All prices are listed in USD.2b. Method: Payments are currently accepted via Paypal, Stripe, or Kofi.2c. For commissions under $100, full payment is required upfront. Anything above $100, we can discuss a payment plan.2d. If work has begun, I will refund 80%>x based on how much work I have done. If work has not started, 90% starting payment will be refunded. If cancellation is done by me, I will refund 100%.2e. Commercial Rights is already accounted for in the price. Talk with me if you don't need Commercial Rights and the price can be adjusted.

3. Copyright and Usage3a. I retain rights to use the final art work to be used in my portfolio and promotional purposes on my social media.3b. I retain the right to any rejected sketches or rejected designs. If the client wishes to keep a rejected sketch or design for later use, that will be an addon to the commission.3c. The Client must make sure proper credit is attributed to Wyreflames.3d. You may not use the artwork for AI training, blockchain-related technology (e.g., NFTs).-
